★★★★★ 5/5 from local clients

Your paint is under attack every day.
Bird droppings etch paint. Tree sap bonds permanently. UV fades your colour every summer. Wax wears off. Ceramic coating is the solution that bonds to the paint and stays.
Stays Glossy for Years
Lock in that brand-new finish. The deep, wet-look shine doesn't fade after a few washes — it's there every morning.
Wash in Minutes, Not Hours
Dirt and grime slide off. You still wash it — but it takes minutes, not hours.
Shrugs Off the Worst
Bird droppings, tree sap, road tar — they sit on top of the coating, not your paint.
Your Weekend Shouldn't Be Spent Waxing Your Car
Wash, clay, polish, wax — half a Saturday gone. Multiply that over the life of your car and it's a lot of weekends. Lock in pristine paintwork while your car is new, and benefit for the rest of its life.
Apply once. Get your weekends back.

What Ceramic Coating Looks Like

Frequently Asked Questions
Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra, the product we use, has a manufacturer-backed warranty of 9 years and is one of the longest-lasting coatings available. Read our full guide on whether ceramic coating is worth it for you.
Yes, paint correction is a critical part of our process. Before any coating goes on, we do a multi-stage machine polish to remove swirl marks, light scratches, and oxidation. The coating locks in whatever is underneath, so we make sure the surface is as clean and defect-free as possible first. For optimal results, bring your car to us when it is new.
Store-bought ceramic sprays offer a thin layer of hydrophobic protection that lasts a few weeks. A professional ceramic coating like Gtechniq Crystal Serum Ultra is exclusively applied by accredited detailers, it chemically bonds to your paint and cures to a much harder, thicker layer. You get years of UV protection, chemical resistance, and gloss. The longevity alone makes it far more cost-effective than repeated waxing or DIY sprays. One of our clients was adamant he'd do it himself — he's an enthusiast who loves working on his car. Once he realised how much goes into proper surface prep and application, he trusted us to coat it professionally. He loved the result so much he's now bringing his Golf in too. Wondering how ceramic compares to newer options? See our graphene vs ceramic coating comparison.
It's one of the easiest parts of owning a coated car. Dirt and grime don't stick like they used to, so a simple hand wash with pH-neutral shampoo is all you need. Avoid automatic car washes with harsh brushes, and use a ceramic maintenance spray every few months to keep the water beading at its best.

Ceramic + PPF: The Ultimate Combo
Ceramic coating protects against UV, chemicals, and makes washing easy. PPF stops physical damage — stone chips, scratches, road debris. Combine both for the best of each. Most of our ceramic customers add PPF to the front end.

A Note from Chris
I coated my own car about fifteen years ago with one of the early ceramic products — long since discontinued. It was average by today's standards, but compared to the wax-and-repeat cycle, the difference was obvious.
The products have improved enormously since then. What hasn't changed is that the prep work determines the result. I've stripped coatings off cars where someone skipped the correction and sealed in every swirl mark and contaminant. The coating did its job — it bonded to whatever was underneath. The problem was what was underneath.
If you're not sure whether your car would actually benefit from a coating, just ask. I'd genuinely rather tell you it's not the right fit than sell you something that doesn't make sense for how you use the car.
