Your car wasn't designed for Australian UV. This fixes that.
Australia's UV index regularly hits Extreme — higher than almost anywhere else. That's what cracks dashes, fades leather, and kills cheap tint in two summers. Our ceramic film blocks 99% of UV and has a lifetime manufacturer's warranty for the original owner.
Interior Stays Like New
Protect your new interior from day one. No cracked dash, no faded leather, no sun-damaged trim.
Less Strain on Your AC
Cooler cabin means the AC isn't working overtime. Greater comfort, less fuel.

Choose Your Shade
Visible Light Transmission (VLT) controls how dark the tint looks. Lower number = darker tint. NSW requires 35%+ on front side windows — we'll guide you through the legal limits for every window.
Zero Risk of a Defect Notice
We use quality ceramic film at known VLT ratings matched to your vehicle's factory glass. VLT meter verification is available on request. You'll never get pulled over because of our work.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes, window tinting is legal in NSW as long as it meets the required visible light transmission (VLT) levels. Front side windows need at least 35% VLT. Rear side windows and the rear windscreen must allow at least 20% VLT. We stay across the current regulations so every job is fully compliant. No risk of defect notices. For a full breakdown of limits and fines, read our guide to the darkest legal tint in NSW.
The darkest legal tint for front side windows in NSW is 35% VLT, meaning 35% of light must still pass through. Rear side windows and the rear windscreen must allow at least 20% VLT. We'll help you choose a shade that balances privacy, heat reduction, and legality. Not sure whether to go ceramic or standard film? See our ceramic tint vs regular tint comparison.
Plan on leaving your car for half a day. Drop it off in the morning and pick it up after lunch. We'll give you a time estimate when you book in. For a full cost breakdown, see our window tinting cost guide.
Not when it's installed professionally. We use precision cutting and application techniques that work safely around rear demisters and heated elements. Cheap DIY kits or inexperienced installers can cause issues, but professional installation avoids this. Your windows and defroster will work exactly as they should. LLumar film carries a lifetime manufacturer's warranty against bubbling, peeling, and discolouration. The warranty applies to the original vehicle owner — if you sell the car, it doesn't transfer to the next owner. We also provide our own separate workmanship guarantee on every install.
Wait 48 hours. The adhesive needs time to fully cure and bond to the glass. Rolling windows down too early can cause the film to shift or peel at the edges. You might notice small water bubbles during curing. They'll disappear on their own. Want to understand the film we use? Read our complete guide to ceramic window tint. A Note from Chris
You can tell from across a carpark what film someone's got on their car. Purple, bubbling, peeling along the top edge — that's dyed film after a couple of years in the Australian sun. I see it constantly, and it's almost always on cars where the owner didn't know what was fitted when they bought it.
We stopped fitting dyed film years ago. Every job gets ceramic, carbon, or hybrid film. They cost more upfront, but ten years on they still look the same as the day they went on. In this climate, cheap film is a waste of everyone's time.
The other thing people don't expect is how straightforward the process is. Most customers overthink the shade choice. I'll tell you what's legal, show you what the options actually look like on glass, and you'll have it sorted in a single visit.
